Petitioner purports to take exception to order dated 6th January, 2014 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dhule on Exhibit-7 in Regular Civil Suit No. 138 of 2012 whereunder request for impleading third party as party to the suit had been allowed.

It appears that thereafter the third party has filed its written statement and issues have been accordingly framed. Matter appears to have proceeded even further and evidence is being led.

In the circumstances, it appears, spoke in the progress of
