Though there is a delay of 217 days caused in filing the applications for bringing legal heirs of the deceased Chandrakalabai, however, the delay has been well explained in the applications. The learned counsel for respondent has also not seriously objected the application by filing any reply. Thus, considering the same and for the reasons stated in the applications, Civil Application Nos.9116 of 2019 and 9118 of 2019 are allowed in terms of prayer clauses '
