Learned AGP points out that in the order itself, remedy of appeal is provided.

In the light of above, we are not inclined to consider prayer of the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open.

For a period of ten days from today, so as to enable the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy, the services of the petitioner shall not be terminated on the basis of the impugned order. 6.

Needless to state that after lapse of ten days, protection granted by this Court, shall come to an end.
