Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a pursis signed by the appellant, stating that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have submitted the terms of compromise before the Family Court, Aurangabad. As per the agreed consent terms, both parties have decided to withdraw the litigation filed against each other. Learned counsel therefore seeks disposal of the present Family Court Appeal, in light of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
