PER COURT :- This is an application, seeking condonation of delay of 317 days caused in presenting the appeal.

None appeared for respondent-wife.

There is substantial delay of 317 days occurred in presenting the appeal. However, in the interest of justice, since the matter relates to disharmony between wife and husband, the appeal deserves to be considered on merit.

The application, seeking condonation of delay is allowed, however, subject to payment of costs of RS.10,000/-. The amount shall be deposited in this Court within six weeks. The Civil Application stands disposed of.
