In view of the notice, the girl has been produced before us. Affidavit-in-reply has also been filed. We have made enquiry with the girl in Chamber. She is denying relationship with the petitioner and the contents regarding marriage. She is also denying that her parents have restrained her against her wish. Under such circumstance, there is no question of issuance of writ of Habeas Corpus and granting custody of the girl to the petitioner. Further, the girl gives her age as 18 years 3 months. 2.

Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of.
