Learned counsel Shri Bhosle makes a request that the trial Court be directed to dispose of the trial within a specified period. Learned counsel Shri Pande for respondent no.2 produced Roznama of the trial Court which shows that accused himself sought adjournment, though the witnesses were present. Learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial within six months.
