cra4158.15 under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, against which Revision is maintainable in the Sessions Court. That being so, we make the following order:-

O R D E R

(I) Criminal Application No.4158 of 2015 is disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of the Applicant to file Revision in the Sessions Court against the order passed under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(II) Interim order passed earlier, shall continue to operate for another FOUR WEEKS.
