The applicant No.3 Sachin Balaji Chavan is present before the Court. Mr. M.M. Patil Beedkar, learned counsel for the applicants places on record some communication addressed by the applicants to him, and submits that the Civil Revision Application has now become infructuous since the father has obtained custody of the minor son, and the daughter for whose custody the application was moved, has now attained majority.
