It is submitted that the notice of respondent no.2 returned unserved for want of detailed address. He further submits that the applicant has tried to make inquiry to ascertain the complete present address of the respondent no.2, however, the applicant could not get the same. In view of the above Ms. A. S. Usmanpurkar prays that the applicants be permitted to serve the respondent no.2 through paper publication.

Mr. V. B. Kulkarni, learned Advocate for respondent

950-ca-8456-2025 no.1 expresses no objection for effecting service on respondent no.2 through paper publication.

In view of this, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
