It appears that, the petitioners have challenged the show cause notices issued on 25.03.2013 and 02.08.2013 and not the final order. There were no prohibitory orders passed by this Court. It is for the authorities to take decision pursuant to the said notices. 2.

No orders it seems are passed pursuant to the said show cause notices by the Collector. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the orders if passed against them. The petitioners may represent themselves before the authority concerned. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
