The petitioner is anxious as his proposal pending with the respondent no. 2 - scrutiny committee is still not being decided for last almost 10 months. He is aspiring to get admission through the ongoing process for D.Pharmacy course.

Considering the fact that the proposal is pending with the committee for last 10 months coupled with the fact that the petitioner's father has been granted validity certificate, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no. 2 - scrutiny committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case by 11 August 2023.
