The only prayer put-forth by the Petitioner is that the RTS Revision No.3219/2019 pending before the Respondents, be decided expeditiously. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions:

a) The Respondents shall issue a notice of hearing to the non-applicant in the RTS Revision, returnable on 12.02.2024.

b) The Petitioner need not be issued with notice and he will appear before the Respondents on 12.02.2024 at 11.00 a.m.

c) By following the due procedure laid down in law, the Respondents shall decide the pending proceedings by delivering a reasoned order on or before 31.05.2024 and copy of the judgment / order, on pronouncement, shall be kept ready to be supplied to the litigants on payment of requisite fees.
