DATE: 06.02.2018 ORDER :

1] After these writ petitions were heard for some time, learned counsel for the parties propose that these matters may be disposed of with the following agreed order:- a] The interim order made by this Court on 14.12.2016 to continue with the super-added condition that both the parties shall maintain status quo as it exists today;

b] The Industrial Court to dispose of the main complaints instituted by the respondents on their own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today;

- 3 - c] That this Court has not entered into the merits of the rival contentions of the parties and, therefore, any observations either in the impugned order or in the interim order dated 14.12.2016 need not influence the Industrial Court while disposing of the complaints made by the respondents on their own merits and in accordance with law. In fact, all contentions of all the parties are kept open for decision by the Industrial Court.

d] The petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

e] All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
