The applicants are seeking withdrawal of deposited amount of compensation. This court in other connected matters, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount. As such, same order will follow.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount of compensation, 50% on furnishing usual undertaking before Registrar (Judicial) of this court and the remaining 25% on furnishing solvent security. The remaining balance amount be deposited in FDR in any nationalized bank

2 957 ca 9988-22 during the pendency of the appeal. Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of.

IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.13787 OF 2021:

It appears that ad-interim relief on depositing 60% of the amount of the impugned award within 12 weeks, is already granted under order dated 23/12/2021.
