Prayer Clause 'B' of the application reads as under : - "B) Applicant may kindly be permitted to withdraw the challenge to order dated dated 01/10/2019 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon, below Exhibit 1505 in Special Darkhast No.31/1995 with liberty to prosecute Criminal Appeal No.123 of 2019 (By keeping intact challenge to order on other applications, disposed of by the impugned order dated 01/10/2019 (Exhibit K to the Petition)." 2.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B' as above and disposed of .

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 01/10/2019 in appropriate proceedings as may be available in law. 4.

I have not expressed anything on merits of challenge to above order dated 01/10/2019.
