Heard the learned Advocate representing the respective parties. 2.

The appeal is filed by the acquiring body. The Civil Application No.13501 of 2023 is filed for withdrawal of amount. The learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the Reference Court has increased compensation amount for seven times more than granted by the Land Acquisition officer. However, the acquired land is 2 H 5 R only and it is a small land.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to filing of undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar

916 CA 13501-2023 (Judicial) of this Court. Upon such undertaking is produced, the Registrar (Judicial) to disburse the amount as directed above. The civil application filed for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of accordingly.
