The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'B' as under :- B) The Respondent No. 3 Education Officer (Secondary), Z.P. Aurangabad may kindly be directed to approve the seniority list of teachers & staff of the school, Mahatma Phule Vidyalaya, Maliwada, Tq. & Dist. Aurangabad, as per record, as early as possible for smooth administration of the school, by issuing writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order as the case may be.

Considering the prayer clause, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent No. 3 - Education Officer (Secondary) that he would follow the due procedure laid down in law and formulate the seniority list of the teaching staff in the light of the proposal dated 10th March 2022. Needless to state, he would consider the objections of all the stake holders and after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing, he would pass an appropriate reasoned order.
