Order :-

1. Mr. Hon, learned counsel for petitioner submits that time and again respondents - authorities are requested to conduct election of Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Bhokar (for short "APMC"), however, the authorities of State Government are postponing the election on one or other non-existing ground.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that final voters' list for the election of the Board of Directors of APMC is published on 4th August, 2016 and the election programme is to be published after fifteen days of the publication of the final voters' list. 3.

As voters list has already been published and it is submitted that after lapse of fifteen days from 4th August, 2016, the election programme would be published. We accept said statement and communication dated 6th July, 2016, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification purpose.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
