This is an application for seeking permission to correct the names of applicant nos.2 and 3 namely Nayyum and Prabhakar in the memorandum of the Motor Accident Claim Petition No.58 of 2014. 2.

Learned Advocate Mr. R. B. Dhakane for the applicant and learned Advocate Mr. P. P. Patni h/f Mr. P. F. Patni for respondents submit that they are agreeable to the correction of the names of applicant nos.2 and 3, namely, Nayyum and Prabhkar. Learned Advocate for the applicant points out that the name of the applicant no.2 is mentioned as Narayan s/o Kadu Patel, whereas it should be corrected as 'Nayyum s/o Kadu Patel '. Likewise, the name of applicant no.3 is mentioned as Prabhakar Digambar Kakurkar, whereas it should be corrected as 'Prabhakar Digambar Dakurkar '.

Permission granted to correct the names of applicant nos.2 and 3. Civil Application is therefore allowed. Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalna is requested to carry out the corrections in the names as stated above within eight days from the receipt of the Record and Proceedings and to forward the same to this Court. 4.

After receiving the judgment and award alongwith Record and Proceedings, the learned Advocate for the appellant shall carry out the amendment in First Appeal within eight days thereafter. 5.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
