In Criminal Application no.3022 of 2024 heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for respondent. 2.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant's original name is Rajjobi Rashid Shaikh but in the maintenance proceedings her name is mentioned as Rajiya Begum. The concerned Officer of this Court is not permitting the applicant to withdraw the amount due to difference in the name, but the applicant is the same.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the respondent that the appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel and considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the maintenance amount deposited by the respondent before this Court. 5.
