This petition is filed with following prayer :- (B) By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent Nos.2 and 2 may kindly be directed to command the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground on vacant posts of Assistant Teacher in the respondent No.5 - School and submit necessary proposal for approval in favour of the petitioner.

After procuring the letter dated 12th August 2015, of the

(3) W.P. No. 7496 of 2014 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, addressed to respondent nos.4 and 5, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered the same before the Court. Same is taken on record. 4.

In the light of contents of the said letter, we hope and trust, that the respondent nos.4 and 5 will take steps expeditiously and report compliance of the same, to respondent no. 3 i.e. Education Officer (Secondary), within a period of six weeks from today. 5.
