The petitioners before us are the teaching staff of respondent No.4 - School. Respondent No.4 got permission to transfer its school from one place to another i.e. from Kalamnuri to Nanded. The State of Maharashtra in Education Department, allowed the said transfer. The said order of transfer is under challenge in this petition. It was submitted that the order of transfer has in fact not been effected. 3.

Now the Management of respondent No.4 has placed on record its letter dated 13 September 2024 addressed to the Joint Secretary, School and Sports Department, State of

(2) 985 WP-8213.2024.odt Maharashtra to recall the said order and permit it to continue the school at its original place i.e. at Kalamnuri. 4.

In view of the same, we expect respondent No.1 or its competent subordinate to decide the said proposal / representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
