The applicants are seeking bail in Crime no.96 of 2016 registered at Sakri Police Station, Dist. Dhule for the offences punishable under section 143, 147, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4(1)(R)(S) of the

2 Cri. Appln. 4201-2016 Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

The applicants were arrested and investigation in the matter is already conducted for the role attributed to the applicants.

In my opinion, looking to the nature of the allegations and the offences, for which the applicants are charged, the further detention of the applicants is not required.

The applicants be released on bail in Crime no. 96 of 2016 registered with Sakri Police Station, Dist. Dhule for the offences punishable under section 143, 147, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4(1)(R)(S) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, upon their executing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/-

3 Cri. Appln. 4201-2016 (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount.

The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
