Mr. Kadethankar, learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the electoral programme is declared on 02.02.2021 and the draft voters list is now published on 15.02.2021 and the final voters list would be published on 08.03.2021 after deciding the objections and thereafter, election programme would be declared.

We have heard Mr. Bachate, learned counsel for petitioners.

As the respondents have undertaken the process of holding the election, at present no orders are necessary.

The petitioners are at liberty to move, if within reasonable time the election programme is not declared.
