DATE : SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 ORDER :- This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.0252 of 2022 registered with Sillegaon Police Station, Tq. Gangapur, Dist.Ahmednagar.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

Three persons have suffered injuries. One of them namely, Ganesh, suffered grievous injuries. He has been discharged from the hospital after three days of his admission. Applicant no.1 is alleged to have wielded iron rod. On investigation, charge sheet has been filed. The applicants have been behind the bars for a period of one and half months.

Since charge sheet has been filed, considering the nature of offence and the role played by the applicants, The Court is inclined to grant them bail.

Hence, the following order:- (i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants be released in connection with Crime No.0252 of 2022 registered with Sillegaon Police Station, Tq. Gangapur, Dist.Ahmednagar, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount.

(iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
