The petitioner/husband raised an exception to the judgment and order dated 01.01.2025 rendered by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jalna in Petition No.E-146 of 2024.

The parties i.e. husband and wife have resolved to settle the matter. In the wake of the settlement, the consent terms were duly prepared by the parties. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 21.08.2025, the parties were directed to appear before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, for the purpose of verification. Accordingly, the parties have filed a pursis before the Registrar (Judicial) and the same is verified.
