This appeal takes an exception to the order passed by the Sessions Court rejecting the application of the appellant for anticipatory bail.

The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that this Court by order dated 08.09.2021 protected the appellant. It is submitted that the said protection be extended for further period of ten days and the appellant be permitted to file application for regular bail before the appropriate Court.

The appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellant to file application for regular bail before the appropriate Court. If such application is filed, the concerned Court shall decide it on its own merit. The interim protection granted by this Court by order dated 08.09.2021 shall remain in operation for a period of ten days from today i.e. till 20.12.2021.

The appeal is disposed of.

The fees shall be paid to the learned Counsel appointed for respondent No.2 as per rules.
