This application is filed for condonation of delay in filing the instant Civil Revision Application.

Today, the advocate for the applicant has placed before this Court a copy of the order dated 19.12.2012 passed in Civil Revision Application (St.) No. 32946/2012. By the said order, it is made very clear that a revision filed under proviso to Section 83(7) of the Wakf Act is not a revision filed under the provisions of Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code and hence, limitation period for filing such a revision is three (03) years. The present Civil Revision Application is filed within a period of three (03) years, therefore, counsel for the applicant does not press Civil Application No. 12965 of 2022.
