The petitioner has approached the Court very late. It will not be possible to issue positive directions to the respondent/Committee to decide the proceeding within a stipulated period. However, considering the fact that, the petitioner is exploring his possibility of seeking admission to the B. V. Sc. course and the admission process is on, we pass following order.

If, it is possible for the Committee, then the Committee may endeavour to decide the validition proceeding in case of the
