The Civil Application No.8908 of 2023 is filed for serving the respondent No.4 through paper publication in daily newspaper "Lokmat-Jalgaon Edition".

The learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the address of respondent No.4 is not known and he has not caused his appeared before the Lower Court also, and therefore, the lower Court proceeded with the matter ex-parte against the respondent No.4. The applicant does not know the address of respondent No.4. As such, he prays for service to respondent No.4 in paper publication. 3.

The learned Advocate for the appellant further submits that the

CA 8908-2023 last known address of the respondent No.4 is Jalgaon City, as such, he intends to publish the notice in the newspaper of "LokmatJalgaon Edition", which has wide circulation in Jalgaon District. 4.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent No.4 by paper publication within a period of three weeks. Affidavit along with copy of paper publication to be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
