The petitioner has put forth prayer clause B as under:- "B) To direct the Respondent No.2 to decide Tribe Claim of the petitioner within a stipulated period which is pending since 16.06.2021 considering the fact that the petitioner is aspiring admission to Professional Course from Scheduled Tribe category, by issuing appropriate writ, orders, or directions as the case may be."

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the Committee would decide the claim of the petitioner within four

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Respondent No.2/Committee would decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 21.09.2022.
