Mr. Chalak, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher is pending with the respondent/Education Officer. However, the same is not yet decided.

In case the proposal Exhibit - G collectively is pending with the authority, then in that case the authority shall decide the
