The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not intend to seek any relief against respondent No. 3 and seeks leave to delete respondent No. 3. Leave is granted at the risk of the petitioner.

Present civil application is filed seeking leave to amend. We have heard the learned advocate for the applicants and the learned A.G.P. Even otherwise the non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Civil Application stands disposed of.
