Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent.

The applicants seek bail in C.R.No.0057 of 2024 registered with Pimpalner Police Station, District Dhule, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
The deceased was cousin brother-in-law of the applicant. The story narrated by the prosecution witnesses reveal that he told the wife of the applicant he was roaming with a girl in a fare. His wife started complaining against him. In fit of anger he took his wife to the village of the deceased. They had a scuffle. In that scuffle, the applicant hold the throat of the deceased, but unfortunately, he died.

Bearing in mind the story, the cause of quarrel and the way in which the incident happened, the Court is of the view that the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the order :-
ORDER
i) The application is allowed.
ii) Applicant - Sunil Dhudku Chaure be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) He should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He should not enter village Shendwad, Taluka Sakri, District Dhule, till the trial is concluded.
