Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally by consent of the parties.

We are inclined to dispose of present writ petition in view of judgment dated 12th March, 2014 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1871 of 2014 whereby directions are issued to respondents to scrutinise individual cases within a period of six months and extend the benefits to such petitioners who are found eligible within a period of four months from such scrutiny. Prayers are claiming benefits under ACPC scheme to the private added government school under Government Resolution dated 30th April, 1998 and as modified from time to time.

As this is in the background that the concerned Head Master of the respective schools have already submitted detailed information alongwith ACPC scheme as referred in paragraph no.11, therefore, on same line, we are inclined to 2 / 3

dispose of present writ petition in terms of order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, if petitioners are otherwise eligible for the same. 4.
