The respective applicants, in all these applications, are seeking withdrawal of amount of compensation which has been deposited by the respondent No.2 - Acquiring Body pursuant to the common Judgment and order dtd.07.01.2019 in the First Appeals preferred by these respective applicants.

It appears that as per the order of this Court in the aforesaid common Judgment and order, the Acquiring Body has deposited the enhanced amount of compensation. Despite intimation given to the

learned counsel for the Acquiring Body, nobody appeared. 3.

In view of the above, all these applications are allowed and the respective applicants are permitted to withdraw the amounts along with the accrued interest thereon which are deposited as per the orders in their respective appeals on usual undertakings. 4.
