The petitioners have prayed for the construction of a road from village "Songir to Kapadne" on the National High Way No.3 near a Masjid. Representations filed by the petitioners have still not been decided.

Learned AGP submits that there is a possibility that in the last 5 years, the said road may have been constructed. 3.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make a representation to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 within a period of 8 weeks from today, if their grievance is still not redressed. If such a representation is made, the said respondents khs/NOV. 2017/10418

may consider the same in accordance with its policies and on its own merits. Needless to state, we have not expressed any opinion in favour of the grievance of the petitioners, nor have we expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. While deciding the representation, if filed, the said respondents shall take a decision within a period of 6 months from the date of receiving the representation.
