By this civil application, the respondent in writ petition is seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- on account of contingency stipulated in the application, being the marriage of his daughter.

Perusal of the application would reveal that the marriage was scheduled on 10/10/2021 and the learned Counsel make a statement that on account of funds, the marriage could not be performed. However, since the said statement is not made on oath and it is merely an oral statement, in my considered opinion, the

13465.21ca (2) exigency expressed in the civil application no longer survive. Necessarily, the civil application is disposed of. 3.

Since the petition filed by the Zilla Parishad is pending since 2017, let the same be listed for admission on 09/02/2022. It is made clear that, on the next date of hearing, the parties shall work out the petition finally at the stage of admission. (SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) sjk
