The applicant prays for extension of time to deposit the money as is directed by this Court vide order dated 20/07/2015. Procedural aspects are cited for the delay and requests for extension of time. 2.

This Court had issued notice on 20/07/2015 making it returnable on 12/08/2015. In this backdrop, the petitioner was directed to deposit the back wages by 07/08/2015. 3.

In the light of the above, this application is allowed. The applicant/petitioner shall deposit the back wages on or before 19/08/2015, failing which the protection granted to the applicant / petitioner shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court.
