The petitioner is seeking to derive the benefit of the Government order dated 04.01.2023, whereby she has been held entitled to get the compensation of Rs. 10,00,000/-. The petitioner's mother was in the employment of Forest Department having died within 10 years of the employment. Once the Government found the petitioner entitled to and has passed the order on 04.01.2023, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are bound to obey the order.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take appropriate steps and implement the order dated 04.01.2023 (Exhibit 'D') as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from today.
