After hearing learned counsel for the applicant he submits that the sessions case is of 2016. The applicant is behind the bars since then. Paperbook is also ready. He requests for listing the appeal for final hearing. 2.

We, therefore, fix the appeal for final hearing on 01st October, 2024. In view of the same, criminal application stands disposed of as not pressed.
