The petitioner'

s father was the employee of the respondent no.3 and having died, the petitioner is seeking ex-gratia payment as per the Government Resolution dated 29.09.2018. It appears that initial proposal was returned by the respondent no.1 vide communication dated 09.11.2021. The respondent no.3 seems to have re-submitted the proposal on 15.02.2022 (page no.31) and since then the matter is resting with the respondent no.1 awaiting a decision. 2.
