This matter is heard for some time. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, he is only praying that his representation dated 27/06/2023 may be decided by Respondent No.3.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the application of the Petitioner would be dealt with within 15 days.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If there is no legal impediment, Respondent No.3 would consider
