While issuing notice on 03rd August, 2023, This Court in paragraph No.6 has observed thus:

"6.

At this stage, learned advocate for the petitioner requests for giving some breathing time to the petitioner to search for alternate accommodation and to vacate the suit premises. Only to this extent notice is being issued to the respondents."

Learned advocate for the respondents has placed on record photographs showing that the petitioner has shifted in some other premises. Learned advocate for the petitioner confirms this fact.
