ORDER:- 1.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. The application is for direction to the Nazarat Department of this Court for the payment of the amount falling to the shares of applicant Nos.4 and 5 in their subsequent names after the marriage which are mentioned in the title clause as well as prayer clause (B). The record shows that the applicant Nos.4 and 5 were the original claimant Nos. 4 and 5. But in the First Appeal their names prior to their marriage were mentioned. On going through the Adhar Cards of applicant Nos.4 and 5, it is evident that their names after marriage are changed which are mentioned in the title clause as well as para-5 and prayer clause (B) of the application. There is no objection from the

(2) 986 CA-12883.2022.odt other side and the other applicants have also not disputed the facts of change in the names of applicant Nos. 4 and 5. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and offce is directed to pay the amount falling to the shares of applicant Nos.4 and 5 in their new names after their marriages.
