Leave to correct the description of Respondent No.2, which should be M.S.R.T.C. instead of M.S.R.D.C. 2.
All these Petitioners have superannuated in between 2017 to 2021. All of them desire that they should be granted the benefit of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in The Employees Provident Fund Organization and another Vs. Sunil Kumar B. and others, 2022 ALL SCR 2305. Their individual representations are pending with Respondent No.3 in these Petitions. 3.
The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Provident Fund Authorities, was requested to render assistance to this Court. On the request of the Court, he has appeared in the matters and submits that the pending representations would be decided within a particular time frame.

We expect the Provident Fund Authorities to follow the procedure laid down in law and deal with the representations of the Petitioners, within a period of 90 days. A decision on the representations shall be communicated to each of these Petitioners. If

If the department falls short of time, they are at liberty to file a Civil Application for seeking extension of time. 6.
With the above observations, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
