Limited grievance made in this writ petition is that though the petitioner has filed representation on 01-03-2016 to the Superintendent of Police, Latur, the same is not decided yet.

We direct the Superintendent of Police, Latur to decide representation dated 01-03-2016 filed by the petitioner, if already not decided, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six weeks from today in accordance with law. We make it clear that, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of said representation and it is for the Superintendent of Police Latur, to take appropriate decision on it. 3.

With above observations, criminal writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
