Heard, learned counsel for applicants and respondents/ Claimants.

Delay of 1332 days has been caused in filing of appeals and the reasons for the delay is assigned of the administrative difficulty and the time required
ca14008.17 for sanction of funds for deposit of the Court Fees. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents /Original Claimants opposed these applications on the ground that no reasonable cause has been assigned for condonation of delay.

Applicant No. 1 is the statutory Corporation and usually time is required for obtaining necessary sanction and technical advise from the Higher Authorities. So also the time is required for obtaining sanction of funds from the concerned departments.

Considering these technical difficulties, delay of 1332 days in filing appeals is condoned. 6.
Civil Applications are disposed of.
