We have heard Mr Nagargoje, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 2.

Mr Nagargoje, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner is only Fishery Society within the jurisdiction of the Khandala Tank. The petitioner made representation/application on 28th September, 2020 for allotment of the said tank to the petitioner as per circular dated 3rd July, 2019. The same is not considered by the respondents. On the contrary, auction notice was issued. However, no proposals are received pursuant to the said auction notice.

In case, the application of the petitioner dated 28th September, 2020 (Page 33) is pending with respondent No. 2, then petitioner No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law and policy preferably within a period of six weeks. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
